Captain:Steve Pulaski

Languages Spoken: English

Captain Steve Pulaski was born in Wading River, Long Island, NY and grew up on the north shore. He grew up at sea on boats and yachts, cruising the Long Island Sound and surrounding waters with his family. His first job in yachting was the delivery of a 56’ Formosa Ketch from New York to Palm Beach, FL. This is where he discovered the joy of working in the yachting industry. He joined the U.S. Navy, training in Navigation and traveling around the globe, and completing his five-year enlistment as a QM2/E-5.

Following his time in the Navy, he settled in California and embarked on a career in the hospitality industry. He started as a bartender and waiter, and worked his way up to managing 5-star restaurants in San Francisco and Los Angeles. He took his hospitality experience and returned to yachting via dinner cruises in San Francisco Bay. He returned to Ft Lauderdale -- the hub of the yachting industry -- and made his way through the ranks, from mate all the way up to captain.

Captain Steve brings his extensive experience at sea along with his excitement and passion for the yachting industry to M/Y UNBRIDLED.

CHEF: Ely Reyad

Languages Spoken: English and Arabic

Chef Ely Reyad was born and raised in Egypt before moving to the United States in 2006 after completing his studies. He spent time in Financial Sales and Restaurant Management before his love of travel, food and the sea paved his way into the yachting industry. His unique style of cooking is healthy yet delectable, and he enjoys introducing his guests to new dining experiences. He has visited many countries around the world in search of culinary adventure and has picked up many techniques along the way. He is drawn to the water no matter where he may be. Fishing is one of his favorite pastimes, especially in the waters of Miami’s Intracoastal Waterway. When not at sea, you’ll find Chef Ely cycling, hiking, running, or playing soccer.

Chief Stewardess: Katie Kisch

Languages Spoken: English

Katie was born and raised in the Midwest, right outside Minneapolis, Minnesota. Living in the “Land of 10,000 Lakes”, Katie spent a great deal of time on the water growing up, fishing and tubing with friends and family every summer, and ice fishing and skating every winter. She graduated from the University of North Dakota where she studied Psychology & Biology, and developed an extremely strong travel bug. Katie’s passion for travel and enthusiasm for working with people drew her to the yachting industry. From a very young age she has been drawn to anything and everything that allowed her to be creative. Her keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and fresh perspective allow her to create personalized, one of a kind experiences for guests on board Unbridled. She is organized and thoughtful and always looking to be one step ahead in predicting guests wants and needs. Katie is a former nanny/au pair with over 10 years of experience working with children in various cities throughout the USA as well as living with a family in a small village in the Netherlands. She enjoys coming up with fun activities and special experiences for guests of all ages. Some day Katie hopes to own her own wedding/event planning business where she can highlight her strong organizational skills, innovative instincts, and unique style. In her spare time, Katie loves to travel, she has ventured all across Europe, SE Asia and the Caribbean, as well as a few trips to the Middle East and South America – and her list of places she wants to visit never stops growing. She is passionate about exploring local cultures, especially through food and art, getting creative through photography and watercolor painting, but her favorite pastime of them all is going for runs and adventures with her big, fluffy golden retriever, Finn.

DECKHAND/STEWARDESS: Emerald Epke

Languages Spoken: English, French, Spanish

Growing up in Newport, Rhode Island led Emerald to a lifelong passion of being in, on, and around the ocean. Sailing competitively in high school and college, she also enjoys
surfing, flyboarding, paddle boarding, yoga and cooking for her family and friends. She has Bachelor’s degrees in both International Relations and French Language and hopes to earn her Captains license when she has acquired enough sea time. She has lived in Australia, France, Costa Rica and has been to 43 of the 50 U.S. states. (Eight of which were during her cross-country bicycle trip at age 15!) Her passion for traveling and being active led her to the yachting industry and she hopes to someday retire from the industry to start her own charter boat business.
